CEU Information

 

 IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO KNOW ABOUT OBTAINING CEU'S

We offer continuing education credits for Community Health Workers (CHW), Social Workers, Nurses, and Certified Health Education Specialists (CHES). If you are interested in obtaining continuing education during the conference, please sign-in at the Continuing Education table by Registration.


Community Health Workers

We are pleased to provide DSHS-certified continuing education hours. These state-approved continuing education credits will be provided if you attend the designated sessions

To receive your credits, you must sign-in as you enter the session, complete a pre-test questionnaire and a post-test questionnaire for each session. Submit your completed questionnaires  to the proctor in the breakout room. Stop by the CEU table by the end of the day to receive your certificate.

Social Workers and Nurses

We are pleased to provide up to 11.5 hours of social work and nursing continuing education credits. All sessions have been approved for social work and nursing continuing education.

To receive social work and nursing continuing education, you must sign-in as you enter the session and complete an evaluation by the end of the session. Submit your completed questionnaires to the proctor in the breakout room. Stop by the CEU table by the end of the day to receive your certificate.

Certified Health Education Specialists (CHES)

We are pleased to provide up to 11.5 hours of CHES continuing education credits. All sessions have been approved for CHES credits.

To obtain CHES continuing education, you must sign-in as you enter the session and complete a CHES evaluation by the end of each session. Submit your completed evaluation to the proctor in the breakout room. Stop by the CEU table by the end of the day to receive your CHES certificate.

General

All participants who have provided an email address will receive an electronic certificate of attendance within one week following the end of the conference. To receive this certificate, please make sure that we have your email address at the registration table.
